Absolutely. For the best experience, we recommend you consider the suggested start times on the tour page you are interested in.
How do I book a tour?
Look for the “Book” button on a specific tour page. On each tour page, there is a booking form for that tour. Enter the date and time you want the tour, the number of people, your name, and your contact details. You can also visit our Booking page and choose the tour from the drop-down menu.
How is my tour confirmed?
You will receive the confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hours.
How much in advance do I have to book?
We accept bookings up to 24 hours before the start time.
How do I cancel the booking?
To cancel the booking, reply to the confirmation e-mail or use WhatsApp at +381621387009.
When is the latest I can cancel?
You need to cancel at least 48 hours before the start time.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No. The tour is payable on the spot, upon its completion.
How do I pay for the tour?
You pay the guide in cash.
Can we customize the itinerary?
Yes, we can customize the itinerary upon your request during the booking. If the customized itinerary requires additional time or cost, we’ll let you know in advance.

Are hotel pick-ups included?
No, but we can arrange them upon your request.
How long are the tours?
Our tours last between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. The exact duration of each tour is indicated on the tour page.
What is the maximum number of people I can book?
You can book the tour for groups of up to 16 people.
Can I book multiple tours for different days?
Yes, you can book as many tours as you want on any day that works for you.
